Mercedes-Benz Service Check-Ups
On new vehicles, Mercedes-Benz requires scheduled maintenance at regular intervals. After each 10,000-mile or 12-month interval, whichever comes first, our expert technicians use a rigorous 27-point service checklist to keep your Mercedes-Benz running effortlessly for the next 10,000. It might seem like a simple thing. But, at Mercedes-Benz, it’s the little things that keep your car performing like a Mercedes-Benz.

Service A*
Service at 10,000 miles or 1 year
A message will appear on your dash to remind you that your first 10,000 mile check-up is nearing. We call this first check-up Service A*. This includes:
- Synthetic motor oil replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model.
- Tire inflation check and correction
- Brake component inspection
- Reset maintenance counter
Service B
Around 20,000 miles, a message will appear on your dash to remind you that your next check-up is nearing. We call this second check-up Service B*. This includes:
- Synthetic motor oil replacement
- Oil filter replacement
- Cabin dust/combination filter replacement
- Brake fluid exchange
- All fluid level checks and corrections are dependent on factory-recommended service intervals for your vehicle’s year and model.
- Tire inflation check and correction
- Brake component inspection
- Reset maintenance counter
Maintenance Recommendations
Beyond any specific recommendations from our technicians, we recommend you check the following items regularly, as well as prior to any long trip:
- Engine oil level
- Coolant level
- Brake system fluid level (If brake fluid needs to be added, come in so we can determine the cause.)
- Windshield washing system (Add washer fluid mixed with Mercedes-Benz windshield washer solvent/concentrate, test function and check wiper blades.)
- Tire pressure (Check at least every other week.)
